This large Georgian terrace in exclusive Knightsbridge was built in 1825 and has been home to some prominent historical figures – most notably Louis Mountbatten, the last viceroy of India. No.18 has been maintained as a single, private residence unlike many of its commercially-used or split-occupancy neighbours.

With 5 storeys of listed period features, the full survey was to comprise fully detailed internal and external plans, sections, external and internal elevations and include the mews to the rear. All drawings included ornate skirtings, coving and timber detailing. The ground floor plan alone consisted of over 8000 drawn entities.
